pets, photography and 102 degrees in June?

I am in the midst of a whirlwind few weeks of photography that apparently now consists of 102 degree temps in the first week of June followed by 85 degrees the very next day followed by 60s after that. What the hey is up, Mother Nature?

But the weather is not really why I’ve come here today. Nope – I’m hear to say a real quick “hi!” and “I’m still here!!” … When all is said and done in the next week or so I anticipate having almost 1000 photos to weed through to pick my favorites.

And because all blog posts have to have at least 1 photo, here is one of my newest faves from my recent trip to Seattle. It was absolutely amazing and I’m still trying to digest all the fantastic things I learned!!
