i LOVE kitties :: minneapolis pet photographer
As I sit here watching my girls bask in the warmth of the fire I can’t help but smile. I really love kitties. Sitting here also reminds me that I need to take some new photos of them! I found a reindeer hat (with ear holes) at the pet store that is pretty positively coming home with me on the next shopping trip. Tarra will LOVE it.
But until then how about another little one you can wish were on pillows in front of your fireplace?
Bah – she is so cute!! I love her bright blue crossed eyes 🙂 So sweet!!
rudy!! :: minneapolis pet photographer
Brrr… it’s chilly and gloomy out. Rumor has it, we are getting snow. I will say it time and time again – I.am.not.ready.for.winter. But gloomy, early winter days do allow me to get a lot of photography done. And boy, I have a lot to do!! While editing wedding photos and designing albums I realized I hadn’t posted any photos of Rudy yet. Shame on me.
OK – back to work! I will share more about this amazing dog and his amazing mom before too long. I hope everyone can stay warm, have a fire and drink lots of Cocoa today.
endless energy :: minneapolis pet photographer
oh.my.gosh. I have never met 2 dogs with more energy!!!
Meet Byrd and Henley – 2 beautiful, red, short haired, Vizsla bundles of energy. There were amazing!! And they are so lucky to have the parents they do!! Instead of the usual biscuits and peanut butter flavored nuggets that I dole out, they worked for pieces of chicken and turkey. Nice!
After having to reschedule our session because of a pretty icky, overcast, gloomy MN fall day, we lucked out and got an amazing warm, sunny, golden MN fall day.
Thank you, thank you Richards family!! It was a blast and I’m so excited to now know more about you guys, Vizslas and that amazing park! Can’t wait to meet up again 🙂

Meet Pete and Willie. Otherwise known as “the boys” …
These little bundles of curly fluff are the ENTIRE reason I have wanted a King Charles Spaniel since I was 14. I have had the pleasure of knowing Pete and Willie and their family for quite some time and every trip to their home makes me feel so loved and welcome. In fact I started this photo shoot with a plate of fresh pancakes and sausage. Not a bad gig, huh? 🙂
After pancakes the boys and I ventured outside to the sun and dewy grass to take some photos. It was a pretty marvelous late October morning! They were so sweet and it was great to finally get photos of these guys after all these years!!! Thanks Stenson family!!! 🙂 I appreciated the nice conversation, full tummy and fuzzy puppies to play with on a sunny Saturday morning!
